Koolbadges try to accomodate everyone when it comes to shipping. We have a fixed shipping rate of £1.00 Per Order within the UK & £2 Per Order worldwide. We currently ship to most places in the world, However if you find your Country is not included in our list during the checkout process, drop us an email and we can sort it out for you!
Please bear in mind the craft nature of these products. All badges are hand made when we receive your order to ensure quality. Please allow at least 10 working days for UK delivery and 15 working days for orders outside the UK (however items are often shipped on the day of order).
All items are sent in envelopes or Jiffy bags depending on the size of the order, and will be carefully wrapped in a cellophane wrapper to keep the badges clean, dry & safe in transit. Please note, if you opt for our free shipping option, your package will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class within the UK and standard parcels internationally.
Please note if you need your badges in a hurry, we now offer an Express shipping option during checkout, which will rush your order to the top of the queue for rushed delivery. Emails sent after your order stating things like "I need my badges urgent, send them quick" will be useless. Whilst we will try and rush out your order if you ask, unless it is agreed beforehand or Express Shipping is paid for, rush delivery cannot be guaranteed

Refunds
Due to the hand made nature of our badges, refunds will only be given in the case of a defective product. If your badges are not delivered they will be replaced, and a refund will not be issued based on lost in transit orders. Custom Badges cannot be refunded as they are part of a print run unique to the customer, and as such cannot be resold by Koolbadges. Please bear this in mind when ordering your custom badges. Ensure you are happy with your artwork before uploading and ordering.
