I have updated the shop today, with some koolbadges for the release of the amazing film Twilight.

What a lovely year we have had (John and I). At the beginning of the year i would never have thought it possible for me to give up my full time job at the bank & be able to work from home with John. It was a big leap of faith and it has paid off. We have managed to go from strength to strength with the badges & a few other projects we have been working on (top secret) and have had lots of time to visit family and friends!!!

Through koolbadges we have met some great people, and found many a new customer, so we would like to thank all out customers for picking us to make your badges. We have had a blast doing it. We are really looking forward to 2009, not least because we are moving again this time we are hoping to settle. We are off to CORNWALL!! to realise one of our dreams to live and work by the sea. Just a wee reminder that there is still time purchase your badges & have them in time for Xmas (UK only). We are busy super efficient at the koolbadges workshop & ensuring that our badges are shipped on the day you buy them.

This week has been another busy one in the run up to Christmas. Not just getting badges made, packaged & sent on their merry way. But i have been trying to do my Xmas shopping. I have managed to do most of it online from ETSY brilliant handmade gifts bought straight from the artist’s themselves. I highly recommend you take a look. There is hundreds of thousands of items.

So the koolbadges workshop has been full throttle. But we have been freezing cold as the boiler decided to pack in, my little hands have been so cold, we are waiting on the plumber fixing it this very morning. We are knee deep in badges at the koolbadges workshop! We have the Christmas tree up and the decorations out. The house is looking mighty festive. Just a short post as we have some orders that need to be rushed out and so must crack on! No rest for the wicked 😉

How does Christmas come round so quick? I thought i was prepared this year. How wrong was I! I have been so busy. We have had alot of bulk Christmas badge orders. I have been working like Santa’s little helper.

We are still in Scotland, trying to relax and visit family, in between making badges. Everyone has been helping, writing envelopes and doing post office runs.

We made it to Scotland in record time & John even did a bit of the driving, gave me a rest. The weather was foggy and it was really hard to see!!! We woke this morning to our first snow this year. Its like a winter wonderland out there. I have taken some snaps.
I have had to rope my mum and brother in to helping me make the badges this week as we have been that busy with xmas orders.
