Apart from a little break last June (yes last June) we have not been on a holiday. Working from home makes you feel even more strongly that you have not been anywhere. I used to go on business trips with work quite often – to Dublin, Edinburgh, Bristol & London so that made me feel like i had been away (even tho’ technically i hadn’t). I have been really craving a holiday these past few weeks – since Christmas really. I long to be back here ………

BUT (there is always a but) we are saving for a car. We want a 2003 – 2004 Freelander so have been saving very hard and hope to get it by the end of March. We do need it as we are driving around Scotland for 2 months and then moving to Cornwall.
Oh well the long & short of it is we will not be going on holiday anytime soon 🙁
