Whenever we run a sale it’s manic and it takes us many extra days to process your orders. The last thing we would want is for people to spend ages waiting on their badges.

We always use local, professional print companies to print out all of our designs, this costs much more than printing them in house but guarantees an excellent print quality. It also keeps other local businesses busy. We buy all of our badge components and presses right here in the UK which costs more than buying them in cheap from China, but its ethical & fits in perfectly with our ethos. In fact we buy everything from web hosting to jiffy bags from independent UK businesses.
We ship our badges all over the world & if you spend over £15 you can opt for free delivery. It still costs to post them out but we pay for it ourselves. Many people opt for this, including a lot of our foreign customers. With the increase in Royal Mail pricing we often have to spend over £4 to send items to far flung places around the world.
We also pride ourselves on customer service. If you have ever emailed us you will know we try to respond to all emails within 10 minutes when we are awake. We do this from the moment we wake up in the morning to the moment we go to sleep at night. We always have a smart phone or tablet to hand so we can answer your questions & queries right away. We love what we do & we love all of our customers. Without you we couldn’t make our awesome badges. It’s hard for us to compete with companies who setup on eBay and produce low quality, inferior badges. It’s hard for us to compete with companies who have automated their whole process or have their badges made cheaply in China, but we try everyday to be the most fun & hopefully one of the nicest companies you deal with.
