£4.00 Per Order within the UK for 5 working day express delivery*
£8.00 Per Order within the UK for Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery*
Starting from £6.50 Per Order for worldwide delivery*

Standard & Free Delivery Please bear in mind the craft nature of these products. All badges are handmade when we receive your order to ensure quality. When using our standard or free delivery options please allow 5-10 working days for UK delivery and 10-15 working days for orders outside the UK (however items are often shipped on the day of order depending on how busy the workshop is). For orders outside the UK also please remember that customs checks may slow down delivery when the package arrives in your country.

Express Delivery - We offer a UK express delivery option during checkout. This allows (for a small extra payment) for your order to be rushed to the top of the queue and delivered within 5 working days (for £4.00).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery - We now have a tracked 48 hour delivery option. Please proceed to checkout for details about tracked 48 hour delivery. Tracked 48 hour delivery is not available during very busy periods in the workshop and on/around public & bank holidays in the UK. Please note that Tracked 48 hour delivery orders often mean we have to do a special trip to the printers to get your order printed up and then another trip to the post office once we have manufactured your badges. This is all included in the price you pay.

Delivery outside the UK

EU and Northern Ireland Deliveries - Until further notice, we will be halting all orders/deliveries to EU countries. Brexit related customs have already made it more costly & complicated, but the GPSR EU directive that comes in on the 13th December 2024 will make it too costly for us to ship there. We have too many individual designs to certify & the cost of an EU representative is untenable for a small family business like ours. We hope the UK Government will tackle this, especially for customers in Northern Ireland who are also affected. Until then, we thank you for your custom & hope we can figure something out ASAP.

We currently ship to most places in the world, However, if you find your Country is not included in our list during the checkout process, drop us an email, and we can sort it out for you! Orders outside the UK may be subject to VAT/customs/handling charges in the county of delivery while others are exempt from these charges for orders under a certain amount. These rarely apply due to the small size & value of our products, but please be aware that you will be liable for any charges levied by your own countries customs & excise. Kool Badges will not be liable for any customs/VAT charges levied prior to delivery & it will be your responsibility to pay for any charges on delivery.

We no longer offer free delivery to countries outside the UK due to the increased costs of postage.

All items are sent in Jiffy bags and will be carefully wrapped in a cellophane wrapper to keep the badges clean, dry & safe in transit. Please note, if you opt for our free or standard shipping option, your package will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class within the UK and standard parcels internationally.

Please note if you need your badges in a hurry, we now offer an Express shipping option during checkout, which will rush your order to the top of the queue for rushed delivery. Emails sent after your order stating things like "I need my badges urgent, send them quick" will be useless. Whilst we will try and rush out your order if you ask, unless it is agreed beforehand or Express Shipping is paid for, rush delivery cannot be guaranteed

Refunds

Due to the hand made nature of our badges, refunds will only be given in the case of a defective product. If your badges are not delivered they will be replaced, and a refund will not be issued based on lost in transit orders. Custom Badges cannot be refunded as they are part of a print run unique to the customer, and as such cannot be resold by Koolbadges. Please bear this in mind when ordering your custom badges. Ensure you are happy with your artwork before uploading and ordering.
