The service I received from Vicki was second to none. I feel like a very valued customer!
I ordered some Hen badges which were already on the site and asked to have some badges specially made - both sets of badges arrived very quickly, in super condition and I'm absolutely thrilled to bits.
My husband is wondering what he can possibly order more badges for, just because he thinks they're so great!

Dear Kool badges,
Thankyou so much for my order of three badges! They contained original artwork of bees by my artist friend. I received them in super quick time and I was so pleased with them. The quality and packaging was really good and I felt that nothing had been scrimped on even for such a tiny order.

Just to say that my 30 squirrel badges arrived on Thursday and they are beautiful - thank you so much. I teach a class of 5-6 year-olds who will be going up to year two in September, and these are for them as a souvenir of their first year, in Squirrel Class.
