Two hours? TWO HOURS? You guys are amazing! Two hours after I sent you the (missing) logo, I got an email saying my order had been shipped.

They arrived in the nick of time, on the Thursday afternoon as we flew off on our trip on the Friday morning! Absolutely briliant. I am so impressed, and VERY grateful. Thank you so much.

The badges themselves were much admired, (there is a guy in a ski shop in Austria who is the proud owner of one of them!) and very useful as an "identifier" for those of us who didn't know each other initially.

Thank you again; for your prompt reply to my initial "oh, well, too late now" email, AND your astonishing two-hour turnaround. I will order and check in plenty of time for next time, I promise.
