Custom badges are perfect when you cannot find the badge design you are looking for on our website. We've been making custom badges for over a decade. Simply upload your design or image to design your own badges. Our custom badges are perfect for promotional items & can include your company logo or design. Promo badges are also perfect for individuals who would like their images, designs or photographs printed onto button badges. Designing your own badges has never been easier.

The 4 steps to DYOB (Design Your Own Badge)

1. Badge Template Download (click here) - Download the Koolbadges Photoshop Template. Design your badge bearing in mind that the inner circle is the edge of the badge face and the outer circle is the bleed (any text you want to appear should be within the inner circle, or it will be folded around the edges of the badge). Please do not flatten the layers in the .psd file. Maximum file size 4MB. Alternatively, you can just upload a jpeg image of your badge design without using our template & we can apply it at time of manufacture.

2. Click the browse button at the bottom of these instructions and select your saved PSD file. (If you want us to apply the image to the badge, please select the jpeg of the image you want in the browse box)

3. Select the quantity you want (prices start at £2.00 per badge, but the discounts improve the more badges you buy).

4. Click Add To Cart once you have uploaded your image and selected your quantity.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for the quality of the image you upload. Please ensure your images are of high quality. Remember, it is a 1-inch badge. Custom badges are non-refundable as your design cannot be resold by Kool badges. Please note that our URL will appear around the edge (in the bleed area) of the badge (not visible from the front of the design) during the manufacturing process. Please inform us if you would like it to be URL free, this may incur an extra charge.

Our custom badges start at £2.00 each and are the perfect cheap addition to any party or event. The badges for sale here on our website are 1 inch (25mm) button badges (also known as pinback buttons, pinback badges or pins). These are the most popular size & type of badge. Our badges are traditional pinback style badges with a copper pin fastening on the rear.

All of the button badges on Kool Badges are hand made in our UK workshop. We have been making button badges for many years & know how to make great badges at the best prices.
